This was in the 90s. Cool looking hat does not have any visible stains or rips. Inside does look to have sweat stained… Very cool and unique hat. I looked this up on Google and I don’t see that place existing anymore so I’m assuming it’s a vintage hat from the 90s Manitoba Canada Delta Waterfowl And Wetlands Research Station Hat Vtg P1. Condition is "Used".
