Hi, you are looking at a Vintage "Dont Be Caught Dead On The Highway - Buckle Up" Department of Public Safety Minnesota T Shirt, size Mens XXL. There's slight fading to the black. There's some moderate cracking to the graphic print and a tiny hole on front under the print. To the right of the print is a small spot. There's also a couple very small white spots to the right sleeve. I've added close ups of these flaws.
