It makes a lined, double breasted jacket and a straight, lined skirt. Sizes 8 10 12: Bust 31 1/2 to 34 --- Waist 24 to 26 1/2 --- Hip 33 1/2 to 36. The envelope may or may not have some tears, wrinkles, holes, missing flap and/or writing on it - see photos My home is SFPF; however, some have been acquired & have unknown history.
