Vtg Coin Bank: Old Man in Rocking Chair w/Dog, Glasses, Pipe Plastic

This plastic coin bank is shaped as an old man in a rocking chair. It is in excellent condition except for a small hole in the bottom of the mans shoe. Only visible if displayed about eye level.
