_toniamarie_ @recruiter3 hi, the jacket is cut straight, the bottom is the same as the armpit measurement, approx 23-23.5". The sleeve measurement is 30", but that is from the nearest seam, which is near the neckline.

_toniamarie_ @recruiter3 This is an older model. They are not "silent" like the newer models. It has a crisp, slightly swishy nylon sound. compared to cheaper nylon, it's quieter but not silent.
