Vtg Borghese chalkware art work Girl Holding Cat Master Simpson boy with dog

Vintage Borghese reproduction chalkware oval art work framed of "Master Simpson" boy with dog by Arthur William Devis. and Chums girl with cat by Jane Freeman. Both have a chalky feel to them. Frames I think are styrene. 12”x10” The original Master Simpson painting was exhibited during the 1939 New York World's Fair in which it won first place of the people's choice. It has since been destroyed in a fire at Windsor Castle.
