Vtg Blue Plastic With‎ White Heart Napkin Holder/Mail Holder

This unbranded blue acrylic napkin holder embellished with a white acrylic heart, is adorable! It could be used for so many special occasions that you might want to add a fun touch or use every day in the kitchen. Very solid and strong, well made. No makers marks that I can find.
