The waist is adjustable, just tie the string where it feels comfortable for you. Laying flat and un gathered the waist measures 17” across. Or stretched to aprox 37”. The front rise measures 12” and the back rise measures 16”. The hip laying flat measures 24” across. The inseam measures 22” long. These cute bloomers will hit slightly above the ankle, depending on how tall you are. It would be best to hand wash or machine wash on delicate.
