Vtg Afghan Kuchi House Dress Caftan Kaftan Velour W/ Embroidery Gold Trim Maxi

Beautiful BoHo house dress I believe its from Afghanistan, its not super old, but it is beautifully made from textured velour and a very intricate embroidery piece. I think it looks handmade. There are no manufacturer labels. Some vintage wear as shown in the photos at the cuff and it looks like somebody took it in ever so slightly in the back which can easily be removed (see photos).
