The Liberty Falls collection was started n 1991 by Ralph Gadiel. Each year there were 10 new pcs. issued beginning n Oct. & if you collected all 10 & sent n stickers that came n the boxes U could purchase "bonus piece" 4 that year! Dillards was largest seller of Liberty Falls. The final Liberty Falls collection came out at Christmas 2003.
