Vintage 1995 Casper The Friendly Ghost Movie Promo Embroidered Spellout Adjustable Snap Back Hat Cap OSFA 1990s Universal Studios Harvey Comics Hat is in need of Repair!! The plastic strap has come unstitched from the hat, as shown in photos. Otherwise the hat is like new w/ the cardboard inside. The strap is self is 100% intact and not cracked. Should be a very easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing
