Vtg Vintage 90s Y2k Dress U II By Sharon Bright Neon Green Chic Preppy Fairy party Night Out Crinkly Bell Sleeve Long V-Neck Top. This pleated top has quite a bit of stretch to it. It can be worn as a long top for layering, or as a mini dress if you choose. The sleeves are a really cool asymmetrical bell sleeve shape, along with the bottom edge of the top is also asymmetric.
