Vintage 90s Jump stretchy black velvet dress with square neckline, cap sleeves, and slit in the back. It’s definitely giving whimsigoth, goth, grungy 90s vibes. I definitely can see this being paired with some combat boots and chunky necklaces. There is a small rip in the slit that isn’t noticeable unless you’re looking for it. Easily repairable.
