Vtg 90s Jeans by Express EXP Smocked Denim Fit & Flare Western Mini Dress SZ L

This dress by Express is vintage, made in the 90s for their EXP line. It is a pull on style with popcorn smocked top and a fit & flare circle skirt. Fabric is 100% cotton denim/jean in a classic blue color. There is some fading/sun damage on the left side sleeve/shoulder area (see close ups, this could be a fun dye project!).
