Vtg 90s Dress Barn Black Floral Dress - Size 4

Has some tears in skirt that I didn’t notice until listing. So they’re not super obvious when wearing, but are there. Could easily be patched. Otherwise very good condition and very flattering dress! No stretch or pockets. Form fitting through bodice and flairs at hips.
