Vtg 90s Denim Dress Small

This is a vintage short sleeve denim button up dress from the early 1990s by iconic mall brand My Michelle. It has shoulder pads and is a vintage size 3/4. Measurements taken with garment laid flat: 15” across the shoulders 9” sleeve 16” armpit to armpit 13” waist 44” long It features silver buttons and built in belt loops. This would be very cute with a western ankle booty and a flashy belt.
