Vtg. 90's Bias Cut Maxi Skirt in Floral Print Rayon, Lined - 28" waist/ by Neo

Beautiful, romantic skirt in a nostalgic floral print of rayon chiffon is fully lined in solid white.  Measurements taken lying flat, then doubled.  Elastic waistband measures 13" x 2 = 28" total relaxed,  but stretches to 34"  Hips 23" x 2  measured flat 9" from waist = 46" total ( will hang out and stretch to lengthen when worn due to bias cut fabric)  Length is 38" from waist band to hem.  hanging loops inside skirt  Note: Skirt is bias cut so it molds beautifully to wearer's figure. It is best to go by waist fit as hips will mold and  stretch lengthwise to flow over your body. Waist should fit you and hips should be bigger than your personal measurement.  In other words select according to your waist size as the bias cut will take care of the rest of the fit.  Label says size L but I feel this is a Medium size after measuring it and trying it on.  It was made in India and these types of clothes tend to run a bit small compared to American sizing.  Condition is excellent as skirt does not seem to have been worn much if ever! Freshly dry cleaned so ready to wear.  A beautiful, romantic skirt! Perfect for garden parties, wedding guest, dates, family gatherings, even to wear to work.  A classic look! Label is Neo Nora
