Vtg 80s Vivanti 12 Sweater Set Pink Knit Puff Sleeve Top Pencil Skirt USA Union

VTG skirt and sweater set. USA Union made. Pink knit with gold shiny thread. Floral pattern. Short puff sleeves. There is some staining/discoloration. On the top I’m actually not sure if it’s just part of the pattern. On the skirt it is definitely staining. The skirt has an elastic waist that does not have much stretch-it stretches out some, but it doesn't really snap back. This means that the waist measurement may stretch about a 1/2 inch but will not snap back to much less. Good vintage condition.
