Never worn 1980’s peplum dress by Breli II. Red textured fabric that has a linen feel to it. Pleated half sleeves, shoulder pads and shoulder details. High insert neckline in white silky fabric. Black front trim. Back zipper. Elastic waist. Straight skirt with back slit. 50% polyester/50% rayon. Excellent Condition.
