Vtg 80s Joanie Char Black Velvet Basque Waist Gothic Midi Dress SZ 8

This vintage dress by Joanie Char is so stunning in person! It has a zip closure up the back, shoulder pads and a Basque style waist. Dress is made with a soft black velvet fabric and has buttoned cuffs at the bottom of sleeves (buttons are different, see pic). There is some light pulling at the back waist along seam (see pic), dress is in otherwise great condition! Amazing vintage designer dress! Brand: Joanie Char
