Vtg 80s 90s Wags Stretch Leggings ML Medium Large Zebra Animal Pants Made in USA

Not sure if these are womens or mens. Vintage 80’s or 90’s Wags leggings, size tag says size ML but they measure more like a small. Made in USA. Measures 11.5” flat across the waist unstretched, stretching out to about 16” across with a 10.4” rise and 27” inseam. Left pant leg has some dark spots at the bottom front (shown in close up picture), otherwise in very good condition with no rips, holes or stains. Please zoom in on all pictures for detail.
