Phenomenal vintage 80s or 90s boho maxi skirt with elastic smocked waistband in back. Marked as a Large but best fits modern Medium, although there is some stretch due to the smocking - see pictures for measurements. Multi-colored with playful geometric and organic patterns throughout giving a funky Memphis-style or "global coffeehouse" vibe. Bands of distinct patterns across the bottom, including cute and somewhat dissonant pink flowers! I love it. Looks similar to a broomstick. skirt but with more structured gathering at waist. Someone definitely wore this while drinking an espresso and listening to Andean flute music in the coolest joint downtown.
