Vintage late 60s/early 70s Lady Carol Petites purple chiffon dress with original belt Excellent vintage condition except it’s missing from its neck as you can see from picture Add a lovely scarf and you are good to go!☺️ Union made Armpit to armpit is 20” Elastic waistband is 22” Sleeves are 23” Length is 42” I’m 5’ 3” and a size 4 and it fits me perfectly
