Vtg 60's Jewelry Box Dr Zhivago Laura's Theme Mele The Lute Player

Vintage 60's Mele The Lute Player wooden music jewelry box this jewelry box was my mother's. her mother bought it for her when she turned 16 in 1966. it was produced in Japan and manufactured in Ithaca, NY. the song it plays is Dr Zhivago's Lara's Theme. it plays as long as the drawer is open for a full four and a half minutes. even though my mother did take good care of this jewelry box, it is at least 60 years old, so there are a few scratches, especially underneath where the drawer to play music opens, as pictured
