Vintage 1960's/1970's Penney's Hawaii button front floral mini dress. There are NO tags other than the manufacturer's label. Feels like faux barkcloth cotton or cotton/poly blend. Measures approximately S/M - 17" armpit to armpit, 17.5" at waist (lying flat), and 32" center of back to hem. Excellent condition with no holes, tears, stains, or ripped seams.
