Vintage Velvet Color Block turban bee hive hat by Belmar purchased at B Altman & Co NY. Banded velvet in shades of purple, mustard, orange and lime green. Ties in the back. Fully lined. Good condition. There's some marking to one of the tie straps shown in pics. There's a slight mark on one of the yellow bands shown in pics. Fits like a size Small.
