Vintage 1998 Mattel Max Steel War Face Action Figure Its actually a bit over 11" but I don't see it being 12" as others are listing it as unless I pull his foot down tippy toe style. In great pre-owned condition. Doesn't look to have been played with too much . Fully functional. Comes with shirt & pants as shown. Nothing more. NOTE PICS for your own judgement.
