Gorgeous, deep red, Vintage Bill Blass Red Velvet/Velour-type Shirt / Jacket. I am the original owner and this is from early to mid 90s. 100% cotton but has a soft feel brushed feel like Velvet or Velour. 2 pockets at chest. approx 21" armpit to armpit and 29.5" length down the back.
