Vtg 1970s Collector Ceramic Tile Trivet 6x6 Aleluia Aveiro Portugal Windmill

A Piece of Art A Collectors piece of Tile to Display, Use as a Trivet or just Collect An Elderly Friend of mine went all over the world collecting Tiles and now is ready to minimize his collection. This particular Tile was made at Aleluia Ceramicas in Aveiro Portugal in the 1970s. Aleluia Ceramicas was founded by the Aleluia family in 1905. This is a Tondo Scenery Tile showing a little island surrounded by water with a Windmill and Cottage. Birds flying, smoke coming from the chimney and a boat sailing in the background all bring this scene to life There is an elegant scroll found in each of the four corners Background color is a grayish blue with accents in dark mauve Measures approx 6" x 6" Underside has embossing of manufacturer and Made in Portugal Excellent Condition No chips, breaks, cracks, scratches Free Shipping
