Vintage 60s drop waist dress with amazing double row of accordian pleat skirts. Beautiful turquoise color with absolutely groovy white and gold medallion print. Beautiful true vintage mod frock. Some very small spots on inside lining, obviously can't see if wearing. Approximate small/medium size.
