Vintage 1960's NASA Booklet "United States Launch Vehicles For Peaceful Exploration Of Space" John F. Kennedy Space Center My father, Dr. Martin L. Charles, was the Assistant Medical Director and Chief Doctor at Cape Kennedy Space Center 1964-1967. At that point he was also directing the medical program for Pan American Guided Missile Range Division at the Cape including medical surveillance of the Space travelers at Cape Kennedy and all down range facilities and personal.
