Vtg 1960's MARY QUANT For Penny's Black Velvet Peekaboo Sleeve Mini Dress

This elegant black velvet dress features stylish button detailing on the sleeves, perfect for a sophisticated look. Ideal for evening events or a night out. It has a zipper back closing. The zipper is a little hard going up and down. The sleeves have elastic in the cuffs and a peekaboo effect as shown in the last photo. Laying flat, pit to pit is about 16". Shoulder to hem is about 31". I have had this dress for many years and it was stored. It will need to be dry cleaned to freshen it up. I believe this is junior sized.
