Vintage 1940's World War 2 (WW2) Cartier memorial American eagle and flag brooch/ pin. Closer inspection revelas an American eagle, wings outstretched, with the words 'Soldiers and Sailors' on either side. The eagle sits atop a red and white cone shaped form with white stars over blue background. Above the eagle are the words "Friends of New York State," and all are in the middle of a pink gold colored metal flower.
