Made in the USA – Clinton, Illinois – 1950–1962
This is the authentic Revere Ware 7-inch Combination Pan from the golden Process Patent era (1950–1962), produced at Revere's legendary Clinton, Illinois plant. The bottom is stamped "Made Under Patent Process Clinton Ill." with U.S. Patents 2,272,609 & 2,363,973, confirming production between 1950 and 1962 — the final years of the classic Bakelite handle with visible screw and metal hanging loop.
Exact Measurements:
* 7" diameter (top rim)
* 2" straight-sided height (not flared like standard skillets)
* ~1 quart capacity
Key Features:
* Thick copper-clad stainless steel bottom for fast, even heating
* Straight sides — perfect for sautéing, simmering, or frying without splatter
* Black Bakelite handle with original screw and D-ring hanger (pre-1963 style)
* Iconic Paul Revere double-circle logo on base
Revere called this the "Combination Pan" — a hybrid of skillet and saucepan. Ideal for small households, camping, or mid-century kitchens. The 1950–1962 Clinton-era pieces are prized for their superior copper thickness and hand-assembled quality.
