c_l_b @janadobson88 Hi 😊yes it does have elastic/stretch for the waist, you for sure can get another 1/2 in of stretch so 25 1/2 comfortably maybe to 26in but for sure 25 1/2 in comfortably in waist. Just adding more info....the strappy back of dress are elastane/stretch straps & i do have a picture in the listing should be the last photo of the tag showing the body is has 4%elastane, nylon and more fabric details for you to see as well.
