psoup451@lucasreyes Hello there, I see that the shorts are sized at 28”, but I wanted to confirm fit based on just the measurement of the waist laying flat with the tape running across the top, not all the way around. Some 28’s actually measure between 13.5” to 16.5 across the top waist, and it makes all the difference in the item fitting and not fitting. Thank you for your time and assistance. Kind regards, Amy
