Volcom Wrap Skirt/Dress

Tribal print Volcom wrap tie waist skirt that can also be worn as a tube dress. Women’s Medium/12 but runs large. Layered for a flowy effect. The fabric is semi-thick, only to add flow but gives it a very high end feel. So unique to anything I’ve seen them make today, as it was purchased years ago at a Ron Jon’s Surf Shop.
