Black Volcom Simply Solid Board Shorts with lace-up front and velcro back pocket. Size 13, excellent used condition, no flaws. They are not faded, they look brand new. The true black color is difficult to capture in photo. 5" inseam waist and length measurements provided in photos. ~18 in. waist ~13 in. length They are not advertised as low rise shorts so I will not put that in the description, but in my opinion, they fit that way. If it helps you, the measurement from the crotch seam to the front top waistband (the rise) is ~9.25 in.
