NWOT. Back is racerback and kind of twisted in the middle. It's an oversized fit. Color isn't completely black I would say it's in between black and dark brown.

@saltzman25 hi! Yes it’s slightly flowy, loose fitting but not too much. Length from shoulder to hem in front J’s 25 inches and length from shoulder to hem in back is 27 inches. Let me know if you have any other questions!
