Volcom Boys Board Shorts Swim Suit Pockets blue black size 16

Great pair of Volcom new with tag board shorts/swimsuit. The style is called Minxed Liberators. They are blue and black with two pockets. It has a tie front closure and they are a 28 waist which is a youth size 16. Be aware that on the fabric tag it says 14 and on the brand paper tag it says 16. I measured and they are 28 waist which is a US 16. Thank you for considering my item.
