Volcolm Shrug Tunic puffed sleeves teal black

Very cute shrug thin blouse like jacket thingy. Not sure what to call it:). It’s black and white and teal floral. I think it would be a cute swim suit cover up. Love the gathered/puffed style of sleeves. Great used condition.
