Uncut Vintage Vogue pattern # 1718 from American Designer Bill Blass for a dress and scarf. Size 8, bust 31 1/2", waist 24", hips 33 1/2". Description from envelope " Loose-fitting pullover dress, 3" below mid-knee or ankle length, with front gathered into side-buttoned inset and back gathered into back neckband, has pockets in side seams. Full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs." Envelope has yellowed and has quite a bit of tears.
