Vogt Mexican Sterling Silver Overlay Buckle & Fittings w/Woven Horsehair Belt

This is a beautiful hand woven black and white horsehair belt with Vogt Mexican Sterling Silver Overlay Buckle and Fittings. This belt has been worn with light wear to the leather, snap finishes and a few spots on the back side of the buckle, as shown in the photos. Overall, it is in very good condition. This handsome, 100% authentic horse hair belt is a must for the well dressed westerner. Any cowboy or cowgirl will be PROUD to be seen sporting this intricately crafted, beautifully patterned accessory that really stands out from the crowd. The silver metal parts are each stamped "Mexico" and "Hand Engraved Sterling Front”. The more you handle the silver parts, the brighter they will shine. The leather at the buckle end has snaps for easy removal and replacement of the buckle. The belt is approximately 1” wide. The buckle loop opens and closes to change the buckle, but the does not have an adjustment for change of length. The width of the leather that closes over the belt receiver on the buckle is roughly 5/8” wide, as is the leather end that slides through the buckle (with the silver tip).
