Vntg Jen Jen New York 70s Secretary Dress Teal Purple Pinstripes Puff sleeve M

This amazing vintage dress is made by Jen-Jen New York. The size tag says that it is a size 20 1/2. According to my measurements it would fit a proximately a modern size medium or large. Please pay attention to the measurements below. The dress is a beautiful jewel toned teal with purple and white pinstripes. The pinstripes are diagonal on the top and straight down the skirt. Pleated puff sleeves fall right at the elbow. There is an elastic band in the waist. I cannot find a label identifying the material however it feels to be polyester. It does have some stretch. Condition is good however there are several small snags sporadically throughout the dress and slight wear from its age. I believe this is from the 1970s. Super cute still with lots of life left!
