I am so excited to be offering this truly unique vintage piece in my closet Brought to you by Mettez Paris, a luxury brand that began in 1847. Famous for their Mettez Canvas, which is indestructible and waterproof. This material was originally used to make blanket to protect livestock and horses and also used to make tents. This amazing durable material was also used in the making of wings for airplanes. This fabulous trench coat is made from that very material and it has a super cool destroyed vintage look. I was not able to find out the year this coat was made but my guess is that it is from the 50's or 60's It has a removable shoulder flap There are hidden front buttons and deep side slit pockets Inside there is a Nova Plaid lining and there are two secret zippered pockets. There is also an inner belt that is adjustable. In it in good pre-owned vintage condition.
