V-neck blue/white 90s top with floral pattern

In good condition but worn a handful of times. There is a small rip in a seam that is not visible (I considered sewing it to fix it but it may make it more visible). Love this top because it is classy yet casual. My favorite part is the color combination! Says it’s a small but could fit a medium as well. The fabric is layered messy fabric and is NOT see through.
