Vivienne Tam Vintage Velvet High Waisted Miniskirt

This mini skirt is super vintage! It is so beautiful! It is a black velvet material that zips and buttons at the top of the back. This skirt is high waisted and very flattering. It came from my grandmother‘s closet and I don’t even know what year it is from. I looked up the tag and there is nothing else like it on the Internet. Measurements are waist 13 inches Hip 17.5 inches Length is 18.5 inches Size 1 in her sizing. Please see Measurements. I have bigger hips but a small waist. I normally wear a medium to small.
