Beautiful and unique high-low dress by NYC designer Vivienne Hu. She only makes a few of each piece! This one was purchased at a vintage store in Oslo, Norway but I’ve shopped from her personally! The fabric ruching is structured and flattering, and the material is a sheer mesh with contrast black sleeves and collar. Never worn. Great for special occasions.
