🐈‍⬛Vivian Chan Miniature Tea Pot: Two cats, many fish, mesmerizing pattern

I think this is hand painted porcelain but I’m not 100% positive. It almost appears to be a very thin tissue paper mache underneath a glaze. In any case, this is a darling very colorful pattern, with blue and orange fish wallpaper in the background and two mellow cats with intense green eyes staring straight at you. Lots of color to catch the eye, dots of green and blue, bold stripes, and somehow it all melds together in a fun design. About 4.25” across 2” tall Just over 1” in diameter across opening. The gold edging has rubbed off just a random the ball handle of the teapot lid. Bottom states Vivian Chan 2002 Unique rare collectible from 22 years ago.
