Made out of a silicone, rubbery material. Very flexible so it’s pretty comfortable on the foot and casual walking. No cushion so might hurt if you walk/stand long in them. The laces are stretchy as well. Never worn. Only tried them on. Selling cause I realize they’re not for me :)
